Return Policy

If you're not satisfied, return entire order including all connectors and uncut parts within 30 days for a refund. We do not, however, refund for return of cut or unsalable components.

NOTE: This is a do-it-yourself product that requires some advance planning by the purchaser for each particular window or door. Due to the infinite variety of windows, the user choice of full-surround versus non-surround grids, and the possibility of errors in computation or estimating, NPC does NOT exchange, issue credits or refunds for partial returns consisting of leftover unused parts.

Why do we have this policy? Returns must be received, inspected, counted, re-packaged, inventory records adjusted, checks or credit memos issued, or credit card credits processed. And pre-packaged kits are discounted from a-la-carte pricing and the discount would have to be deducted from any credits due. To have an unlimited return policy for this type of product would be cumbersome and result in significantly higher prices.

Please do not attempt to return leftover unused parts, as no exhanges, credits, or refunds will be processed.
