RETURN POLICY

If, after trying our product you are not completely satisfied, return within 30 days, all connectors (Crosses, Tees, Corners, Blades) and all remaining uncut parts (4ft strips, Velcro, tape) for a refund.* We do not, however, refund for cut or unsalable components.

*Refund less S&H. Returned orders over $200.00 are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

NOTE: This is a do-it-yourself product that requires some advance planning by the purchaser for each particular window or door. Due to the infinite variety of windows, the user choice of full-surround versus non-surround grids, and the possibility of errors in computation or estimating, NPC does NOT exchange, issue credits or refunds for partial returns consisting of leftover unused parts.

Why do we have this policy? Returns must be received, inspected, counted, re-packaged, inventory records adjusted, checks or credit memos issued, or credit card credits processed. And pre-packaged kits are discounted from a-la-carte pricing and the discount would have to be deducted from any credits due. To have an unlimited return policy for this type of product would be cumbersome and result in significantly higher prices.

Please do not attempt to return leftover unused parts, as no exchanges, credits, or refunds will be processed.
